Cause: 1) less/smaller packaging paper sheet did not cover plates completely; 2)careless packaging without fully isolate each plate.
Solution: 1) cut packaging material 1.5~2.5 cm bigger than product; 2)ask workers to stack/pack plates with fully covered.
