💡 QC Insight for Buyers
Color bleeding in sticky TPR items is often irreversible. Because the TPR material is porous and reactive, cheap pigments will “bleed” into the surface over time, especially in hot storage conditions.
Pro-tip: Before mass production, always demand a “Migration Test” (迁移测试) on the assembled sample. If your supplier cannot perform this, it is a red flag that they are sourcing cheap, uncertified components that will likely cause massive returns at the retail level.
