💡 QC Insight for Buyers
In packaging, “excess space” is the enemy of protection. If the product can move inside the carton, the cushioning material cannot do its job. A simple carton sizing check during the pre-production phase eliminates this risk entirely.
When briefing your supplier, don’t just ask them to “pack it well” — explicitly ask them to provide the internal carton dimensions and cushioning layout before production starts. If the product doesn’t fit snugly, the drop test will fail, and your shipment will arrive damaged. This is one of the most common — and most preventable — issues we catch during pre-shipment inspections.
