Defect: Hook broken | Squish ball with keyring
Cause: 1) Incorrect material(ABS) used; 2)no accessory check, no online inspection, even no production sample review.
However, it remains unclear why some hooks are broken while others are not. The factory is also unable to identify the cause. If anyone has insights on this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated!
Solution: Ensure no quality issues are overlooked. Every accessory requires inspection, especially the first batch. Conduct a full functionality check on at least several pieces during mass production.
