💡 QC Insight for Buyers
In stainless steel manufacturing, the internal neck area is often neglected because it is “hard to see.” However, scratches here are often irreparable and can compromise the integrity of the bottle’s inner lining (leading to potential corrosion).
Pro-tip: When conducting a pre-production meeting with your supplier, ask them to provide a checklist for “Jig Maintenance”. If a factory tracks the replacement frequency of protective tapes on their tools, it shows they have mature process control, and you are much less likely to encounter these “mystery scratches.”
